When you think about Florida, you think about enjoying year round 70 plus degree weather by the beach with a delicious mojito in hand. Not the case in Tallahassee, Fl. The weather here is so bi-polar, you forget you're in the sunshine state. Although, for most Floridians, this weather might seem like a nuisance, I actually love it. This is the only time of the year I actually get the chance to dress for winter. Layering jackets, scarfs and beanies; I am in heaven when dressing for the cold.
